The 9^th Black and Tan was held on the Las Vega Strip on the evening of 23 January 2024. About 120 Rangers and Business Leaders attended the event. 

The gathering was hosted by the US Army Ranger Association and The National Ranger Association. 

Black and Tan brings Rangers and business leaders together for fellowship and networking. The intent is to support Rangers through fundraising and business opportunities.

LukeLeaders1248 attended the 9^th Black and Tan as a sponsor for the event. Len Samborowski, the Director of LL1248 was in attendance to promote the pay-it-forward scholarships that LukeLeaders1248 provides to the families of Army Rangers.
